How do I get started with Growee?

Sign up from the Growee website. You have two options: sign up with Google, or sign up with an email and password. You then receive a confirmation code by email, and after confirming you continue by filling in your details. For a tour of what comes next, see Introduction to Growee.

How do I request time off?

You request time off from the leave module. For the full steps, see Requesting Time Off.

Where do I see all my leave requests?

All of your requests, both approved and rejected, appear in the leave module under your own tab. See Managing Leave Requests.

Do I get notified when my leave is approved or rejected?

Yes. When a request is approved or rejected, Growee sends you an email. You can also check the status in your leave tab, and approved time off appears on the dashboard events page.

Can colleagues see my personal data, like my salary?

Only users with the Admin, Manager, or HR role can see information such as salaries. Employees can see basic details about colleagues, such as work email, position, birthday, and working start date. See Roles and Permissions.

Can anyone see when I am on leave?

Yes. Approved time off is shown on the dashboard events page so the team can plan around it. See Dashboard.

Where do I see the total hours I have worked for a period?

Total hours for a week, month, quarter, and the whole active period are available in the reports module. You can also filter the hours by task, project, and team. See Generating Reports.

Can I get a demo or training on how to use Growee?

Yes. You can book a demo from the Growee website, or reach out to the support team to arrange a walkthrough.

Can I download all the data for my organization?

Yes. There is an export option in the configurations module, available to users with the Admin, Manager, or HR role. See Data Export.

How do I contact support?

Open your profile menu in the upper-right corner and choose Contact Support, then pick the option that fits your question. This is available for every role. You can also email the team at support@growee.net.
