Where can I manage billing details and subscriptions?
These details can be found in the 'Settings' - 'Billing' section. You can see your current plan, choose between 'Monthly' or 'Annual' options, and change your subscription plan at any time.
Can employees without Admin roles access all these configurations?
No. Configurations for roles, positions, departments, evaluations, billing, and documents are Admin-only. Employees can only adjust their personal settings and connect their own integrations.
Can I create different onboarding templates for different positions?
Yes. Each position can have its own template with separate stages, task checklists, required documents, and reminders.
How do integrations work for individual employees vs. the whole company?
Company integrations like Google Calendar and Slack are set up by Admins and apply to everyone. Personal integrations like Personal Google Calendar are connected by each employee from their own settings.
