In short

The best all-in-one CRM with invoicing built in is one where your pipeline, your invoices, your team and your projects live in a single system on one bill. Growee bundles CRM, invoicing, HR and projects under one per-employee price — €2/employee/month on the Pro plan, with a free plan for up to 3 employees that covers people, projects and the CRM up to 100 leads. Past that lead count the CRM is a €49/month add-on. Instead of paying for a CRM and then bolting on a separate invoicing tool, an HR app and a project tracker, you get all four connected, so a won deal becomes an invoice and a project without re-typing anything.

Growee vs HubSpot vs Zoho vs Pipedrive on invoicing

Vendor figures as of 17 August 2026, read from each vendor's own pages: hubspot.com/products/crm/starter and hubspot.com/pricing/revenue; zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html, zoho.com/people/zohopeople-pricing.html, zoho.com/projects/zohoprojects-pricing.html and zoho.com/us/books/pricing/; pipedrive.com/en/pricing and support.pipedrive.com. Growee figures reflect our live plans: the CRM module is free up to 100 leads, then €49/month for unlimited leads and 500 email credits — see pricing.

A dash means those pages state nothing either way, so we do not guess on your behalf. Two caveats worth your attention: HubSpot's Starter Customer Platform also carries a limited-time new-customer discount off the $20 list price ($7/seat/month paid annually, $10/seat/month paid monthly), and Zoho's USD figures come from Zoho's own pricing data file on zohowebstatic.com — the one its pricing page uses to render prices — because the page served us Indian rupees on every check. Prices move; check the vendor's page before you decide.

CRM and invoicing software for small teams

A small team does not need a CRM and an invoicing tool. It needs one record that survives the whole journey: the lead someone replied to, the deal that closed, the invoice that went out, the money that came in. Everything between those steps is re-typing.

Three questions decide whether a tool actually does that:

  • Can you raise the invoice straight from the deal, with no export in between?
  • Does the payment come back as revenue against the same client record?
  • Is invoicing in the plan you already pay for, or one tier up?

On the last question the vendors differ more than you would expect. HubSpot puts basic invoices in every tier, including its free one — the most generous answer of the four — while the quoting workflow around them starts at Revenue Hub Professional, $85 per seat per month billed annually. Zoho CRM generates invoices inside the CRM from its Professional edition, $23 per user per month billed annually; the ledger lives in Zoho Books, a separate product. Pipedrive includes an invoice feature on every plan, but it works through a connected accounting app such as QuickBooks or Xero, which carries its own bill. All three figures are as of 17 August 2026, from the vendor pages cited above.

Growee's answer is the reason this page exists: invoicing is part of the Pro plan at €2 per employee per month — the same plan that carries the CRM, the HR side and the projects, with no invoicing tier above it. The free plan for up to 3 employees covers people, projects and the CRM up to 100 leads; invoicing and expenses start with Pro, and the CRM becomes a €49/month add-on once you pass that lead count. From there it shares records with the pipeline, the projects and the people doing the work, so the profit on a client is a report rather than a spreadsheet exercise.

Working out what to consolidate?

We wrote a printable checklist for the audit — every tool, every renewal date, every place your team re-types the same record. It works for any stack, not just ours.

Open the checklist

Why teams switch to the bundle

Most CRMs stop at the deal. Growee keeps going — the same record that closes a sale raises the invoice, tracks the project, and sits beside the team delivering it.

From won deal to sent invoice, no re-typing

When a deal closes in the CRM, the client, the amount and the line items are already in the system — so raising the invoice is a step, not a re-entry. Invoicing reads from the same records as the pipeline, generates e-Factura XML when you need it, and files revenue back against the client automatically.

The bundle math nobody advertises

A CRM, then a separate invoicing app, then an HR tool, then a project tracker — four subscriptions, four logins, four bills, and glue code to keep them in sync. Growee is one per-employee price for all four: €2/employee/month on the Pro plan, or €20/employee/year billed annually. Below that there is a free plan for up to 3 employees covering people, projects and the CRM up to 100 leads; invoicing and expenses arrive with Pro, and past 100 leads the CRM is a €49/month add-on on either plan. The savings are real, but the bigger win is that the data actually connects.

The HR and back office a pure CRM never had

Pure CRMs manage deals and stop there. Growee also runs the people side — employee profiles, leave planning, time tracking, onboarding and evaluations — so the team closing the deals and the team delivering the work sit in the same platform, not two disconnected tools.

Your whole stack, reachable by an AI agent

Growee runs an MCP server for your workspace — the open standard that lets assistants like Claude and ChatGPT reach your live data. Ask for a client's balance, create an invoice, or check pipeline value from the same chat, and every call runs under your real permissions. It's included in the plan, not a higher tier.

A ClickUp alternative with built-in CRM and invoicing

People search that exact phrase, so here is the direct answer. Growee runs projects and time tracking like a work platform, and ships a purpose-built CRM and native invoicing in the same subscription. A deal becomes a project, the hours logged against it become invoice lines, and the invoice files back as revenue on the client record — no export step, no second subscription, no glue to maintain.

It is free for up to 3 employees, then €2 per employee per month for invoicing, expenses, HR and projects on one bill. The CRM is free up to 100 leads on either plan, then €49 per month for unlimited leads.

We keep the feature-by-feature ClickUp comparison, with figures taken from ClickUp's own pricing pages, on its own page.

Moving from a CRM-only tool?

Bring your leads over by CSV in files of up to 200 rows, with company details riding along as fields on each lead, then add the invoicing, HR and projects that were living in other apps. If you're comparing the CRM-first route, read the Pipedrive alternative and HubSpot alternatives breakdowns.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best all-in-one CRM with invoicing for a small business?

The best fit for a small business is a system that covers the whole back office on one bill rather than a CRM you have to bolt three other tools onto. Growee bundles CRM, invoicing, HR and projects under a single per-employee price — €2/employee/month on the Pro plan, with a free plan for up to 3 employees covering people, projects and the CRM up to 100 leads — so a won deal becomes an invoice and a project without re-keying data or paying for separate subscriptions. Above that lead count the CRM is a €49/month add-on; nothing else on the page moves tier.

Is there a CRM with invoicing built in?

Yes — several, though they stop at different points. HubSpot includes basic invoices at every tier, including its free one. Zoho CRM generates invoices inside the CRM from its Professional edition ($23/user/month billed annually). Pipedrive ships an invoice feature on every plan, but it runs through a connected accounting app such as QuickBooks or Xero, billed separately (all as of 17 August 2026, per each vendor's own pricing pages). Growee puts invoicing in its Pro plan — €2/employee/month, the same plan that carries the HR side, the projects and the CRM (free to 100 leads, then €49/month), with no invoicing tier above it — and wires it to expenses, projects and HR, so the invoice, the work behind it and the team doing it sit in one system.

Does Growee actually create and send invoices, or just payment links?

Growee creates real invoices. You invoice clients, track revenue, log expenses and generate e-Factura XML for structured e-invoicing, all from records that already live in your CRM. Because invoicing and the pipeline share one system, the client and amounts carry over from the deal — there's no separate invoicing app to connect.

Can I run invoicing in my CRM without buying separate accounting software?

For issuing invoices, tracking what's owed and reporting revenue, yes — that is what a built-in invoicing module is for, and in Growee it also covers expenses and e-Factura XML export. Full bookkeeping is a different job: Zoho, for example, keeps its ledger in Zoho Books, a separate product from Zoho CRM with a free single-user plan and paid plans from $15/organization/month billed annually (as of 17 August 2026, per zoho.com). If your accountant needs a general ledger and bank reconciliation, expect the CRM to feed that system rather than replace it.

How much does Growee cost?

Growee is free for up to 3 employees, forever. Above that, the Pro plan is €2/employee/month billed monthly, or €20/employee/year billed annually, covering invoicing, expenses, HR and projects. The CRM sits on either plan free up to 100 leads, then a flat €49/month for unlimited leads. See the pricing page for the full breakdown, or use the calculator above to estimate your team's cost.

What does "all-in-one" actually include here?

Four connected modules on one login: a CRM (pipeline, leads, campaigns, email inbox, forecasting), invoicing and expenses, HR (employees, leave, time, onboarding, evaluations), and projects you can bill time against. They share data, so the same record moves from deal to invoice to project.

Does a CRM with invoicing also handle HR and projects?

Usually not in the same subscription. Zoho, for instance, sells those as separate apps with their own logins and bills: Zoho People and Zoho Projects each have a free tier for very small teams, then run from $1.25 and $4 per user per month respectively, billed annually (as of 17 August 2026, per zoho.com). Growee includes HR, projects and time tracking in the same per-employee price as the invoicing, with no separate app, login or bill for either. The CRM rides along free up to 100 leads, then costs €49/month for unlimited leads.

Can an AI assistant work with my Growee data?

Yes. Growee runs an MCP server for your workspace, so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can read your pipeline, create an invoice or check a client's balance directly — under your own permissions, over one secure connection. It's part of the plan, not a separate add-on or a higher tier.

How is this different from just adding invoicing to Pipedrive or HubSpot?

A CRM-first tool gives you the pipeline and expects you to add invoicing, HR and project management as separate subscriptions or integrations. Growee ships all four as one product, so there's a single bill, one data model, and no glue to maintain. If you're weighing the CRM-only route, compare the Pipedrive alternative and HubSpot alternatives breakdowns.
