Frequently asked questions
How many evaluations can I create for an employee?
You can create as many evaluations as needed. Growee does not limit the number of future evaluations you can set. Their dates can be easily changed, and evaluations can be postponed or canceled if necessary.
Who can see employee evaluations?
By default, the Admin and Manager roles see and manage every evaluation. A role granted the permission to manage evaluations for subordinates sees the evaluations of the people below it in the reporting line. The HR role holds no evaluation permission by default, and an Admin can grant one to a custom role. By default, an employee sees their own evaluations, their own profile, and colleague fields such as name, work email, and position.
Can an employee request or create a salary or technical evaluation directly from their profile?
No, this option is not available. If an employee feels it's time for a new evaluation of any kind, they ask their manager or someone with an Admin role in Growee to set this evaluation for them.
