Frequently asked questions
How many evaluations can I create for an employee?
You can create as many evaluations as needed. Growee does not limit the number of future evaluations you can set. Their dates can be easily changed, and evaluations can be postponed or canceled if necessary.
Who can see employee evaluations?
HR, Manager, and Admin roles can see information about the evaluations of employees in their respective teams. The employee role cannot see sensitive information about other employees, including their evaluations. Employees have access only to their own information and general information about other employees, such as their names and company emails.
Can an employee request or create a salary or technical evaluation directly from their profile?
No, this option is not available. If an employee feels it's time for a new evaluation of any kind, they need to ask their manager, HR person, or someone with an Admin role in Growee for their team to set this evaluation for them.
