Exporting Your Data
Growee lets you download a full copy of your company’s data whenever you need it, for backups, audits, or moving information into another system.
The export is prepared in the background and delivered to you by email, so you do not have to wait on the page while it runs.
Export your company data
- Open Settings, then the Data section.
- Start the data export.
Growee gathers your company data and prepares a download. When it is ready, you receive an email.
Download from your email
When the email arrives, open it and use the download button inside to save your data. From there you can use the exported file however you need.
Tip: Keep the exported file somewhere secure, since it contains your full company data.
Who can export data
The data export option is available to users with an Admin, Manager, or HR role. Other roles do not see this option. For a full breakdown of what each role can do, see Roles and permissions.
