All the data we stored is encrypted in transit and isolated for each company. On top of that, personal data is secured through roles and permissions so only certain user roles have access to it. For your security, we do not store any credit card information and all payments are processed by a 3rd party called Stripe who have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. We also allow you to download all your employee data as archives at any point in case you need it for auditing.

The free plan is available for up to 3 employees. In essence, if you have only a few employees you can use Growee for holiday approvals and document management with no restrictions. The free plan however doesn't include some more advanced features such as Integrations with Slack or holiday policy configurations.

No, you don't. You can pay for Growee by credit card either monthly or annually and cancel any time with no restrictions.

An active employee in Growee is a employee record that has not been archived. Our pricing model is based on employees and costs €2 /mo/employee.

Yes you can do that, however you can downgrade only if you have 3 active users or less. The easiest way to do this is to archive the employees so you are left with a maximum of 3. We will still keep all the holiday, documents and evaluation records for each employee but they won't be able to access the application and see their information. You can also download all their data as an archive at any point in time.
