Frequently asked questions
How long are recent searches saved?
All your searches are saved until you log out and will automatically disappear upon your next login.
Does Growee share data with third-party systems?
Quick Find does not. It filters the pages, shortcuts and team members already loaded in Growee in your browser, without calling an AI provider or an outside search service. Features that use AI, such as Ask AI, do send data to AI providers when you use them, and our Trust page lists those subprocessors.
How does Growee ensure data security?
Growee runs on AWS in the European Union. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS and data is encrypted at rest. Quick Find shows shortcuts according to your role's permissions, and each company's data is isolated on its own subdomain.
