The Bitrix24 → Growee switch checklist

Twelve steps, in the order that keeps you out of trouble. Print it, tick it off, and keep Bitrix24 running until the last box is ticked.

Before you export

Half an hour of deciding here saves a day of re-importing later.

Decide what actually movesContacts, companies and open deals are usually enough. Closed history can stay where it is until your read-only window runs out.
Write down your pipeline stagesStage names and their order. You will recreate them in Growee, and this is the moment to drop the stages nobody used.
List who needs an account, and who owns which clientNames, work emails, owner per client. Owner is the field teams forget to export and end up reassigning by hand.
Ask Bitrix24 what your plan lets you exportPut it to their support in writing and get the answer before you pick a cutover date, not the morning of.

One clean file per record type beats one big messy one.

Export contacts and companies from Bitrix24 as CSVSeparate files are easier to map than a single combined export.
Clean the file before it touches GroweeDelete test records and obvious duplicates, put every date in one format, and split full names into first and last if your export merged them.
Map the columns to Growee fieldsName, company, email, phone, owner. Anything with no home in Growee goes into a notes column — do not silently drop it.
Import, then spot-check ten recordsYour five biggest clients and five you touched last week. If those came through intact, the rest almost always did too.

The switch is finished when a real invoice has gone out of the new system.

Invite the team and set permissionsConfirm each person can see the clients they own, and that nobody sees what they should not.
Recreate your pipeline stagesRebuild the list you wrote down before exporting, then move your open deals into it.
Set up invoicingCompany details, tax numbers, logo, payment terms — then issue one real invoice before you depend on it.
Run both systems for one billing cycleKeep Bitrix24 read-only until you have closed a full month in Growee. It is cheap insurance against a missing field.

Close one full month in Growee first — invoices sent, timesheets approved, holidays booked.
Take a final export from Bitrix24 and keep it somewhere you can find it in a year.
Export your Growee data once you are settled, so you know the door swings both ways.
